Data deletion instructions for NudgeNow

This page explains how to remove your data from NudgeNow — whether you are an agent with a NudgeNow account, or someone who messaged an agent’s Facebook Page or used their pages. Full details on what we store and why are in our Privacy Policy, Section 9.

Disconnect your Facebook Page

If you connected a Facebook Page to NudgeNow and want to stop the Messenger assistant and remove its data:

1. 1Sign in at nudgenow.ph and open Grow → Assistant (nudgenow.ph/grow/assistant).
2. 2Press Disconnect and confirm.
3. 3That’s it. NudgeNow stops receiving messages from your Page immediately, and the Page’s conversations stored in NudgeNow are deleted.

Your conversations on Facebook itself are not affected — those live in your Page’s Messenger inbox, which NudgeNow never controls.

Delete your NudgeNow account and everything in it

Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject “Data request”. We act on verified requests within 30 days: your account and every record in it are removed from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days. Payment records may be retained longer where tax and accounting laws require it.

If you messaged an agent’s Page or used their pages

Messages you sent to an agent’s Facebook Page, and anything you submitted on their pages (a quiz, a booking, an inquiry), are held for that agent. To have your data corrected or deleted, ask the agent directly — or email [email protected] and we will handle it. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
